🪄 Printing:
To ensure the best quality we only use the high-end Roland LEF-200 print system. These are the best printers available at the moment. Our systems are equipped with CMYK and white inks. The white ink is used as a base layer. Underneath every colored pixel, we print a white pixel helping your colors come to life and ensuring powerful realistic photo prints.
The cases are placed on top of specially formed molds in the sublimation vacuum machine. Afterward, the film containing the prints is aligned above the products. When everything is in position, the vacuum process starts. Thanks to the high temperature and vacuum pressure the film melts around the snap cases. The inks will become liquid and transfer into the coating of the snap case.
We print our tough cases using film sublimation printing. Your design will be printed on a special film first, using sublimation inks. After that, the print is sublimated from the film to the product. We use special film paper to print your design on. To be able to transfer a print from the film to a product using sublimation, we need two things: Heat and Pressure.
